Bike for Brain Health 75k charity ride. Cold and windy but a fun ride with Italo Bravo on the Gardiner and Don Valley Parkway (closed to traffic) as marshals for the charity ride. I got to help a couple of people by patching a punctured tube and adjusting a seat. Couldn’t help two guys who both hit the same pot hole and destroyed their very expensive $3,000 carbon wheels. Thanks to Terry Walsh for organizing Toronto Bicycling Network volunteers. Thanks to Mattamy Homes and Baycrest for the charity event to Defeat Dementia. With my ride home 100k for the day.
