20210916 ONXL day 14

So I can get home on Saturday I decided to do a long 178k ride from Sharbot Lake to a glamping airbnb near  Bewsley (east end of Rice Lake). I took the shortest route possible, which was Trans Canada Trail from Sharbot Lake to Tweed and then road to Campbellford and then to Bewsley. I stopped for food that I had with me in Tweed and Campbellford.

My taped shoulder didn’t hurt today, but then there has been no real climbing.

Tomorrow I plan to follow the Oak Ridges Moraine Trail about 140k to Aurora and stay in a cheap airbnb that provides a shower.

The glamping airbnb is fabulous as the photos show. They had a “Welcome Greg” sign, and a nice bottle of red wine., which I’m drinking with my BBQ sausages (bought in Bewsley) by the fire.
